Our commitments
An elected 11-member Executive Committee serves two-year terms. At least two seats are reserved for members outside the Kathmandu Valley and one for a student. A non-voting advisory board guides the committee.

Political neutrality
No party affiliation and no endorsement of candidates. Office-bearers declare any party posts.
Code of conduct
Anti-harassment rules for events, mentoring and online spaces, with a named complaints route.
Child safeguarding
Two adults present at every school activity, photo consent, and no private contact with students.
Transparent finances
Two signatories, receipts for everything, monthly treasurer's reports and public annual accounts.
Data protection
We ask for consent before using member data and photos, and only named officers can access them.
Public reporting
We report each programme's outcomes publicly every year.
From founding team to self-reliant association
Four phases, each with a go/no-go gate. We only scale up once the previous phase's criteria are met.
